i don't know if it will make sense but count yourself lucky that you can cry, catharse, and release. some people can't do that anymore, coz their tears have been spent, cliched though it may sound. i always felt great after crying, my shoulders felt lighter the next day, and i attacked the day with a vengeance.
somedays, however, i used my noncomittal moist eyed smile too ;-)

there will be reasons. there must be. just don't quit expressing. do it in private if you must, on paper, tissues, backsides of envelopes, or the inside covers of magazines. keep writing. and then lock them away if you must. someday some soul, possibly you, will fall in love with it.
